Official Rules:
1) No Purchase necessary. Contest ends November 17, 2000. Void where prohibited. If you are under eighteen, and your entry is chosen,
you must have a parental consent form signed before we post your name or entry to our website.
2) To enter, complete the official online entry form at the bottom or you can enter by snail mail. To enter by snail mail, please send
your submission with your name, address, email address and a valid phone number to:

Crater Lake Ave, Suite E, Medford, OR 97504. N'Lightning Software Development Inc. and contest co-sponsors and their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors,
officers, representatives and employees are not responsible for lost, late mutilated, illegible, stolen, postage
due mail, incomplete or
misdirected entries. If a duplicate entry is received we will honor the earliest dated one. No Profanity or offensive titles, all entries of this
type will be automatically disqualified. All entries become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned. Entries must be received
by November 17, 2000.
3) Contest is open to all legal residents of the United States and all countries except those where prohibited or restricted by law, except
employees and their immediate families of N'Lightning Software Development, Inc. All entrants under 18 must have parental consent.
4) All available staff at N'Lightning Software will personally review each entry and pick 10 top entries on or about
November 30, 2000. Odds of winning
depend on the number of entries received. Only one prize will be awarded per individual
family, or household. Winners will be notified by mail. All decisions by the staff
are final and non-negotiable. All applicable
taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Winners will also consent to use of their names/likeness for advertising
and promotional purposes without
further compensation except where prohibited by law. Return of any prize of prize notification as undeliverable will
result in disqualification and
an alternate winner will be selected. The winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/prize
acceptance within
seven days of receipt; failure to do so upon request will result in forfeiture of the prize.
5) Ten (10) top submissions will each receive one (1) Fully boxed version of Catechumen
signed by all of the development team at N'Lightning Software Development Inc. Individual
prize (approximate) value is $49.95.
6) To obtain a list of the prize winners, available after November 30, 2000 send a
self-addressed
